Ecofrost® 123 (R-123) is a single-component, liquid refrigerant used in new and existing centrifugal chillers. Ecofrost® 123 has one of the lowest OPD values of any HCFC and has a very low GWP. R-123 is going through a mandatory phase out, scheduled according to the Montreal Protocol.
